HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE TO RENT A CAR?
You must be 21 to be eligible to rent from us, and to drive a vehicle
rented through one of our service Partner’s.
*For customers under 21 please contact us directly.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO BOOK A CAR?
You must:
– have an account with us or one of our Partners
– be at least 21
– hold a current, non-temporary, driver’s license
– have a text-enabled mobile phone in your name
– meet our auto insurance score benchmark (for direct rentals)
*If you have a non-US license and want to book a trip in the US, you must also have a valid passport.
If you’re under 25, you may need to prove that you’ve been driving for at least two years.
If you’re under 25, you may not be able to book a trip with some vehicle types.
DO I NEED MY OWN INSURANCE?
Most of our Partners do not require you to have your own personal insurance coverage in order book a vehicle. You can easily opt to purchase insurance/ liability insurance offered by our Partners insurance partner(s) in app. This will provide you with the necessary insurance or supplement your existing coverage. Guests who book vehicles directly with us are subject to the our commercial insurance policy instead, and different qualifications will apply.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPT?
We accepts most domestic and international credit cards issued by major financial institutions (including American Express and Discover cards), and debit cards linked to a checking account with a Visa or Mastercard logo. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay on mobile devices in the US and Google Pay on mobile devices in Canada. Please note some of our partners currently do not accept American Express credit cards for some transactions.
WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY BOOKING?
When you make a booking with us directly, your payment card is charged a non-refundable 5% booking fee. With one of our Partners, your card is usually authorized * but not fully charged in most cases until you confirm your trip, then you’re charged for the full trip cost. NOTE: In the event that you incur additional fees such as additional mileage, parking tickets, cleaning fees, etc., your card will be charged after the trip ends so please be sure that your card has proper funds available.
* If you are paying for your trip with Apple Pay or Google Wallet, your payment is charged when you request the trip.
HOW DO I PAY FOR ADDITIONAL MILES, FUEL, ETC. ?
We understand that sometimes the unexpected happens during a trip — you might forget to refuel the car, or maybe you drive farther than the number of miles included in your reservation. Fortunately, we make Reimbursement easy for guests to pay directly for incidental trip costs. Within 72 hours of your trip end, we will request funds from you for fuel level discrepancies and extra mileage. Please note that you are responsible for returning a vehicle with the same level of fuel it had when you picked it up whether that vehicle is gas powered or electric. Within 90 days of the trip end, we also can request funds for tickets and tolls. In each instance, you’ll receive a notice via email for any requested reimbursement. When you receive a reimbursement notice, you can pay the us directly through our website or just reply and ask us to bill you.
IS DELIVERY AVAILABLE?
YES! We offer AirPort delivery to all of the Orlando Metro AirPorts. If you choose to have your car deliverd, we’ll bring the vehicle to you. Complete check-in on you phone, then receive the code to unlock the car. Simply do the same process at drop-off.
WHERE DO I PICK UP MY CAR?
You can pick up your rental at our Narcoossee Rd. location. Conveniently located by OIA. (Or) You can choose to have your rental delivered to the AirPort of your choice.
WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY CAR?
Your rental is available for pick-up / drop-off 24/7!
WHAT IS A P2P PARTNER?
A peer-to-peer (P2P) Partner is a company or platform that has a marketplace which we offer our vehicles for rent. Yes, you are renting our vehicles, but the P2P takes care of the heave lifting.

- A peer-to-peer service is a platform that directly connects parties to a transaction without the third-party intermediary.
- Peer-to-peer services leverage technology to overcome the transaction costs of trust, enforcement, and information asymmetries that have traditionally addressed by using trust third parties.
- Peer-to-peer platforms offer services such as payment processing, information about buyers and sellers, and quality assurance to their users.
CANCELLATION POLICY?
You may cancel your trip through our website, and or Partners mobile app, or contact us directly. Your cancellation is effective immediately. The total amount refunded will depend on when you cancel the trip, and varies by fee component (trip price, trip fee, protection fee, and if applicable, young driver fee).
*There are no credits/refunds issued for early returns.
